Located next to Jardim Visconde da Luz and with great visibility, this building has 3 floors: ground, 1st and 2nd floors. Only the upper floors totalling app. 360 sq.m are part of the concession awarded to Urban Fabric.

Approach & Status:
Aware that a dynamic and innovative working community is essential to the revitalisation of the urban center of Cascais, we installed the Learn & Play Studio offices in a portion of this building. Having established the education motto, we were able to attract the Brave Generation Academy (BGA) to fill the remaining space. This academy provides hybrid (online + offline) programmes based on the British International Curriculum for teenagers from the age of 12. BGA aims to revolutionise learning, preparing children to be independent thinkers in a rapidly changing world. The elective nature of its courses and flexible schedule allow learners to study what they want, leaving more room for them to truly discover their passions.

The BGA hub “Centro Cascais”, which occupies almost the whole building, is in operation since September 2021.
