This store, which was acquired in 2019, has about 1,100 sq.m gross leasable area and consists of 3 interconnected floors – basement (with separate access), ground floor and first floor. It has 2 seperate accesses to Av. Valbom and a large outside area on the first floor.

The store was leased to BeWe Concept, which recently moved to a neighboring location (Rua Doutora Iracy Doyle 40 B). Adaptation works for the new tenant are under way.
